<title><![CDATA[Happy New Year]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="andale mono,times" size="4" color="#339966">I havn't updated my blog for a long time, this is because a serious virus attacked my computer and i had to format it.  I lost everything in my notebook; including chinese typing program!!! It seems I loss all the interest to update my blog after the virus attaked my pc, also I am so lazy!  After work I just want to lie down on the couch and do nothing.  Sorry guys I didn't reply to your messages for a long time !!</font></p><p align="justify"><font face="andale mono,times" size="4" color="#339966">We didn't go out for holiday this christmas, we just want to relex and take it easy this time, also we are trying to do more exercise.  I gain a lot of weight these few months!!!    Hopefully in 2009 I can do more exercise, both of us can always stay positive, being healthy and eating healthy.  </font><font face="andale mono,times" size="4" color="#339966">Ok now I wish everyone will have a great new year and all the best in 2009 :)</font></p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[十月三日的晚餐 - 炸鮮魷,  西蘭花炒蝦球 及 炒飯]]></title>
