(閱讀全文)I havn't updated my blog for a long time, this is because a serious virus attacked my computer and i had to format it. I lost everything in my notebook; including chinese typing program!!! It seems I loss all the interest to update my blog after the virus attaked my pc, also I am so lazy! After work I just want to lie down on the couch and do nothing. Sorry guys I didn't reply to your messages for a long time !!
We didn't go out for holiday this christmas, we just want to relex and take it easy this time, also we are trying to do more exercise. I gain a lot of weight these few months!!! Hopefully in 2009 I can do more exercise, both of us can always stay positive, being healthy and eating healthy. Ok now I wish everyone will have a great new year and all the best in 2009 :)
鮮魷界十字花紋後,切成長方形,用小許酒,古月粉及鹽醃一會, 把一杯生粉及半杯吉士粉混合好放在一个大飯碗內, 在熟炸前沾上粉,炸至熟便可食用.
西蘭花蒸至半熟, 蝦去殼界開背部去腸, 下油把蝦炒一會再下西蘭花炒至全熟,調味便可食用.
炒飯是用了青豆,玉米粒,火腿,旦來炒的
這个是星期三的晚餐, 做海鮮最好,很方便,又易解凍又易熟.
. 這个星期的晚餐也是以炒菜及海鮮為主,因為巳經食到唔知食什麼好.
西芹切片, 鮮魷界十字花紋後,切成長方形,用小許酒,古月粉醃一會, 下油下西芹及鮮魷炒至熟,調味便可.
西蘭花蒸至半熟, 蝦去殼界開背部去腸, 青口,帶子解凍, 下油把海鮮炒一會再下西蘭花炒至全熟,調味便可食用.

*因為沒有開邊綠豆因此用了正常綠色的綠豆
這是首次做的月餅, 估不到原來不是大難做的, 而且效果不錯, 很酥脆的, 只是欠了一點豬油味, 但用白油相信會是健康一d. 我是學龜仔分2日做的, 首日做綠豆蓉,明天做皮.
這天再做這个香草局雞肶味道同上次一樣, 但樣子好像今次似樣一d :)
又2个星期沒有更新我的blog 了, 近日真是好凍, 放工後只想飲一些熱湯, 近來晚餐經常食粟米羹, 而這个香草局雞肶是在較早前做的.
雞肶用了2湯匙白酒(是用了飲剩的來做), 1湯匙糖, 2-3湯匙rosemary leaves, 3湯匙橄欖油, 1湯匙蒜鹽醃一天, 預熱焗爐 200c, 焗1小時.
